Types of Personal Training
Fitting Fitness In™. It’s As Easy As 1-2-3-4.
We have many personal training options for clients. Pick the one that fits in best with your lifestyle.
1. One-on-One Personal Training
If you haven’t been exercising in a while, you may feel uncomfortable about going to a gym. We understand, and that’s why the privacy at the Fitting Fitness InTM Studio is a more comfortable and safe place to exercise. Clients that work one-on-one with personal trainers get the best results due to their commitment and accountability.
We’ll show you how to use inexpensive exercise equipment that you may already have at home. If you’re interested in purchasing weights or other equipment, we can guide you through the process (you can buy most free weights, exercise bands, and exercise balls at Walmart, Ocean State Job Lot, and TJ Maxx).
2. Weight-Loss Clinics
Losing weight and getting fit shouldn’t be a lonely venture…but it often is for many people. Our weight-loss clinics provide the right support and motivation to help you with your weight-loss goals. We only take a maximum of six (6) people for each eight-week weight-loss clinic. We’ve found that this number creates the perfect synergy. Our weight-loss clinics work! Let the numbers convince you: the last 13 participants lost a total of 149 pounds and 144 inches.
3. Group Personal Training in Classes: Fitting Fitness In™ With Friends
Studies show that people are more likely to stick to their fitness plans when exercising with friends. Group workouts are fun and cost-effective. Check out our calendar of boot camps and classes and find one that you’ll all love.
4. Virtual Fitness™
Are you motivated once you get started? Can you spare 15 minutes a week? If you answered yes to both of these questions, Holly’s “Virtual Fitness™” option is perfect for you. After meeting with you and setting up a personal training exercise regimen, you’ll workout independently (after all, that’s her goal for all of her clients). Once a week, you’ll fax or email your logs to Holly, and you’ll have a 15-minute “fitness coaching” phone call. This option fits in perfectly with people constantly on the go!
